This Shipping Policy explains how Amélier Voré ("we," "us," or "our") processes and ships orders placed through our website and online store (the "Services"). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below. This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it enters our preparation process. Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2 business days. During high-demand periods, new collection launches, or promotional campaigns, processing may take slightly longer. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping notification with your tracking details once it has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

After your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 10–14 business days. This delivery window is calculated separately from the order processing time and does not include the 2 business days required to prepare and dispatch your order.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times are calculated in business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, seasonal volume, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order experiences an unusual delay, please contact us and we will follow up on your behalf.

Shipping Costs

We currently offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. No minimum order value is required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can follow the status of your shipment at any time through our tracking page:

Please allow some time after dispatch for the tracking information to update as your parcel moves through the shipping network.

International Shipments and Customs

Our orders are fulfilled through an international logistics network. The order total shown at checkout is inclusive of applicable taxes, and additional charges are generally not applied to our shipments. In rare cases where local customs authorities apply import duties or fees specific to your country, any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local import regulations if you are unsure.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur an additional shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking indicates an issue with delivery, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the matter.
