At Amélier Voré ("we," "us," or "our"), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed through our website and online store (the "Services"). This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of the date your order is delivered. The return window begins when your order arrives, not when it is dispatched. Requests made after this 14-day period may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed, in the same condition that you received it;
  • With all original tags attached and in its original packaging;
  • Free of any signs of wear, alterations, stains, odors, or damage caused after delivery.

We reserve the right to decline a return if the item does not meet these conditions. Items that are damaged or used beyond a reasonable inspection may be returned to you or refunded only in part.

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number;
  • The item(s) you wish to return;
  • The reason for the return.

Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps, including the return address. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping costs vary depending on your location and the carrier you choose. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for return parcels that are lost or undelivered in transit.

Partial Refund Alternative

If you would prefer not to go through the return shipping process, you may choose to keep the item and receive a partial refund of 25% of the item's value instead. This option is offered as a faster and more convenient alternative and is entirely optional. If you would like to proceed this way, simply let us know when you contact us.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing period, after which the time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a faulty, incorrect, or damaged item.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at contact@ameliervore.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. In most cases, the fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order.

Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, please contact us within a reasonable time of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return or replacement, and you will not bear any return shipping costs.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including, where relevant, your right to cancel a distance contract within the legally required period. These rights remain available to you in addition to the terms set out above.
